to apply for the job
Do you want to build a career as a business leader, rather than just ticking off sales calls? We are looking for you who think business and want to grow into a key role within one of Sweden's fastest-growing groups.
About the role
We are not looking for salespeople in the traditional sense. We are looking for intrapreneurs.
An intrapreneur with us is an entrepreneur within the company. This means that you are employed, but you act and take responsibility as if the business were your own. We are looking for you who do not wait for instructions, but who see what needs to be done, take charge of it, and stand for the results.
Why does the journey start in sales?
To lead a business, you must understand its heart. Within Growth Academy, you lay the foundation by mastering the business in depth. Initially, you will work with high-quality solutions within solar energy and roofing (through our brands SolarAdvantage and Takmästarna), but sales is the tool – the goal is your personal and professional growth towards a key position.
What is Growth Academy?
Growth Academy is the sales organization and the engine in Husvårdsgruppen. This is where we shape tomorrow's leaders. Since we are expanding rapidly and planning to start several new companies, we need people who are capable of taking responsibility and leading – not just following.
Through Growth Academy you get:
- A clear career ladder: You know exactly what is required to take the next step. Your results and attitude set the pace.
- Onboarding & Coaching: Continuous development so that you master complex 'high ticket' deals.
- Winner culture: An environment where we share methods and celebrate successes across company boundaries.
Job responsibilities
To grow into your future leadership role, you start by mastering the entire sales process:
- Business Development: Proactive contact and meeting booking via field sales.
- High Ticket Sales: Sales of complex solutions within roofing and solar cells.
- Relationship Building: Responsible for the sales process from first contact to closing and guiding the customer correctly.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who want to go to places you cannot reach in a normal 9-to-5 job. You understand that the path to Leadership requires endurance and a desire to do the groundwork at the beginning to understand the business from the inside out.
- Ownership: You take your own initiatives and are responsible for your results from start to finish.
- Solution-oriented: You see opportunities where others see obstacles. You focus on what can be done.
- Enduring: You know that success requires hard work over time. You want to build something long-term.
- Socially sharp: You are skilled at building trust and guiding customers through major investment decisions.
Why choose us?
With us, you get more than just a job. You are to become a key person in the organization – therefore, from day one, you receive a clear plan with concrete steps and regular follow-up on what is required to get there. You start at the foundation of the business, not because you have to, but because you need to understand it from the inside and become part of the culture we build together.
Practical information
You are employed directly by SolarAdvantage & Takmästarna. This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work.
- Selection: We apply continuous selection.
- Process: The recruitment process includes two selection tests (personality test and cognitive ability test) to ensure that we find the right potential and promote a fair process.
