Description

Götene Home Care consists of the work groups Norra, Centrum, Västra, and Lundsbrunn, and work may be assigned in any of these groups. We travel to our clients by car, bicycle, or on foot.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for care staff who want a challenging and developing job where you provide good care, support, and service to our clients. Working to meet our clients' needs involves varied work with many contacts. The work is performed in the clients' homes, and the clients have influence and participation in the design of their daily lives.

You work carefully and professionally together with the rest of the team and in collaboration with other professional groups and relatives.

As a Person

You are a calm and stable person who adapts easily to different situations from a professional perspective, placing the clients' needs at the center. You are receptive, good at collaborating with others, and have a constructive communication style. You are humble and show respect for other people, contributing to a positive work climate.

Documentation is an important part of the work, so you need to be able to express yourself both orally and in writing in Swedish. You also need to be comfortable using a computer in your daily work.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

You have a passed upper secondary education from a care and nursing program, as well as a grade in Swedish 1 or equivalent at the upper secondary level.

A prerequisite for working with us is that you have a B driving license and can ride a bicycle.

Conditions

We are currently looking for two people: one for a permanent position and one for a fixed-term contract until 2027-08-31, with start date by agreement, placed in the Norra/Centrum work group. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Recruitment may take place during the application period.

Criminal Record Extract

Before an employment offer is made, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record register; Work in the home with elderly and persons with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police's website. The extract must be presented before employment can begin.
