Christian School Oasen is a free school based on Christian values. Today, we have approximately 120 students from preschool class to grade 9, including after-school activities. We are currently looking for a qualified teacher for younger students, starting in the autumn term of 2026.

The position involves being a class mentor and teaching all subjects except for the aesthetic ones. The role requires you to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the school's governing documents, both individually and in collaboration with colleagues in the work team and subject groups.

Experience with digital tools is a necessity. We also appreciate experience working with children who require special support.

We are looking for someone with flexible thinking and strong collaboration skills. The ability to build good relationships is essential.

We place great emphasis on pedagogical leadership in the classroom. We are looking for you who can motivate and create engagement while being a clear leader. You are confident in yourself and, through your leadership and organization, create a safe and educational classroom environment. We are convinced that order, clarity, and structure, combined with sensitivity and care, bring out the best in our students. Good judgment and high integrity are important, as we want you to be a positive adult role model for the students. It is also essential that you can uphold the school's Christian profile.
