Psychiatry South Stockholm strives to become a leading example within Swedish psychiatry. We achieve this by working in a person-centered manner, providing the right competence for the patient's needs, emphasizing the application of evidence-based guidelines and care programs. We continue to invest in development work in the areas of patient safety, care processes, and our most important resource: our employees. We are over 750 dedicated employees who offer patients good, safe, and equitable care.

Department 70 is looking for an engaged, curious, and creative nurse who wants to strengthen our team.

About Us

We are located at Nacka Hospital, where we have eight other psychiatric neighboring departments with which we collaborate closely. Department 70 has 16 care beds and is focused on general psychiatry.

The scope of work within psychiatric inpatient care is broad, and the work with us is both exciting and varied. On the department, nurses, assistant nurses, and doctors work together to provide our patients with the best possible care. We are also supported by a social worker and an occupational therapist.

Your Work as a Nurse

As a nurse with us, you have a leadership role where you, together with the nursing team, plan and carry out nursing measures for our patients. You participate in rounds together with doctors and other staff, as well as performing routine nursing tasks adapted to inpatient care.

We use the medical record system TakeCare.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry (meritorious but not a requirement). Previous experience in psychiatric care is meritorious.

Personal Qualities

You have a psychiatric approach and work with high quality, with respect for the individual as a starting point. We see that you are confident in how you prioritize, plan, and perform your tasks. You are clear in your leadership role and delegate tasks in a clear and structured manner. You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with your colleagues. Above all, we want you to be motivated to notice and respond to our patients' varying needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

What do we offer you?

Permanent position, day/evening shifts, and weekend duty.

Full-time, 38.15 hours/week.

Probationary employment may apply.

Benefits such as flexible hours, wellness hour, and wellness allowance (5,000 SEK/year).

You apply for the position with a CV, cover letter, and certificates.

We warmly welcome your application!

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
