As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you work interchangeably with advice and sales within prescriptions and self-care products. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to improve the health of our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

About the role of Pharmacist with Pharmacy Manager responsibility at Hjärtat

In addition to your role as a pharmacist, you also hold the pharmacy manager responsibility at the store. At Hjärtat, this means you coach your colleagues so that advice, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are constantly improved in close collaboration with the sales manager. As the pharmacy manager, you are responsible for competency development in pharmacy at your workplace. You are responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare, and serve as a good role model in customer interactions.

Here at Apotek Hjärtat ICA Maxi Gothenburg, we consist of a cheerful group of 8 pharmacists and 3 technicians. We are located in the heart of Gothenburg and serve customers from a broad geographical area. Our customers include seniors, families with children, pet owners, as well as travelers and grocery shoppers.

Here you work in a large team where collaboration and flexibility are highly valued. You enjoy having varied working hours and working at full speed to create the best possible service for our customers together with your colleagues. You are passionate about customer interactions, engaged, and responsible.

The position is a permanent employment. Full-time or part-time can be discussed.

We are open 07:00–22:00 every day of the week.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
