We are looking for a creative and driven Head Chef who wants to take the lead in our kitchen and help develop the dining experiences at Restaurang Baptista and Hotel Alfred Nobel in Karlskoga!

Here we serve everything from delightful breakfast buffets and well-prepared lunches to flavorful à la carte dishes and atmospheric festive meals. We want our guests to feel taken care of – from the first cup of coffee in the morning to the last dessert in the evening.

As Head Chef, you have overall responsibility for:

• Menu planning and concept development
• Leadership and scheduling of the kitchen team
• Orders, ingredient quality, and cost control
• Ensuring high quality and joy of food in all meals
• Creating memorable experiences at our larger events and parties

We are looking for you who:

• Have documented experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Are organized and have the ability to build and develop your team
• Have a passion for good food, ingredients, and guest experiences
• Thrive in an environment with both daily service and festive occasions
• Have good knowledge of hygiene and safety routines
