Guests visit us for a social and pleasant relaxation in everyday life, enjoying fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to the association sector, making our work highly meaningful.

BingoRingen was founded on December 29, 2017, but the management has been active in the industry long before that. Today, we operate several bingo halls across Sweden, with our headquarters located in Karlstad.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an employee who can work extra shifts as needed. Shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open seven days a week, your working days will vary.

Duties include sales, café operations, cash handling, and customer service. At BingoRingen, the customer is at the center of everything we do, and we strive to provide the best possible service and experience. During your initial period, you will undergo training to learn and understand the role. Afterward, you will work independently during your shifts.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resistant, with good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. Knowledge of other languages is an asset but not a requirement. A good numerical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly are also desirable.

At BingoRingen in Umeå, we work alongside you during shifts, so it is important that you can work independently and take initiative. Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities.
