About the role

Starting Grade 1 is a milestone. We are looking for you who want to lay the foundation for our students' continued schooling. As a teacher with us, you will have a special focus on equipping students with a rich language – whether in Swedish, mathematics, or practical-aesthetic subjects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and lead teaching in Grade 1 with a strong focus on language development in all subjects.
• Actively contribute to the work team's joint development by sharing pedagogical ideas and methods.
• Create a safe and structured environment where every student feels confident to take a place and express themselves.
• Maintain close cooperation with guardians and your work team to create a holistic approach around the student.

Your profile:

• You are a certified teacher with a focus on Preschool-Grade 3 (F-3).
• You have good knowledge of how to work language-developingly and can adapt teaching for a multilingual student group.
• You are a team player through and through who contributes energy, commitment, and lack of pretension to the work team.
• You are a confident leader who sees every child's individual potential.
