Night Receptionist / Night Concierge 75% – Brunnby Hotel

Brunnby Hotel is a family-owned hotel with 44 rooms, located in Årstapartihallarna in southern Stockholm. We have a warm and personal atmosphere, with many returning guests and a focus on service, quality, and well-being – for both guests and staff.

We are now looking for a night receptionist on a 75% basis, working every other week.

About the role

As a night receptionist, you are responsible for the hotel's operations during the night. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

Guest check-in and check-out
Reservations, cash handling, and light administration
Telephone calls and guest services
Supervision of the hotel premises and common areas
Preparation, cooking, and setting up breakfast
Light cleaning in common areas and some laundry management for towels at night

Working hours are 22:30–06:30, consisting of 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days of leave.

We are looking for someone who

Is responsible, detail-oriented, and confident in your role
Thrives working independently and taking ownership
Has a strong service mindset and enjoys meeting people
Is computer literate and speaks fluent Swedish and English
Has previous experience in reception, hotel, or similar service roles (advantageous)

Experience with the booking system Sirvoy is a plus but not a requirement – we will train the right person.

Scope: 75% (7/7 schedule)
