In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring that releases are carried out according to the overall plan, handling many parallel initiatives and dependencies.

As a consultant, you will become a central link between business operations, IT, and external vendors, driving release planning, prioritization, and coordination. You work operationally in case management systems, lead relevant forums, and ensure that testing, change, and release flows function efficiently.

This assignment is ideal for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where structure, communication, and coordination are crucial.

Qualifications – Requirements

Education in data/systems science or a corresponding relevant field
Documented experience as a release coordinator or similar coordinating role
Experience working at the interface between business and IT
Competence in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical requirements
Strong technical understanding and experience navigating complex system landscapes
Experience collaborating with multiple teams such as development, testing, and maintenance
Knowledge of PM3 and/or ITIL

Nice to Have

Experience from the public sector
Background in project management, change management, or business development within IT/digitalization
Interdisciplinary competence, preferably within social sciences
