In this role, you will work closely with the business, data owners, and data platform teams to create common definitions, structure, and governance around business-critical information. The assignment is strongly business-oriented and requires a high ability to facilitate workshops and build consensus among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with business units and data owners
Define, document, and structure business concepts
Build and maintain a business glossary/data dictionary
Ensure ownership, versioning, and governance
Collaborate with data engineers regarding integration with the data platform and source systems

Qualifications

Senior experience in information architecture or business analysis
Strong competence in concept and information modeling
Experienced workshop facilitator
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Swedish

Preferred Qualifications

DAMA-DMBOK certification
Experience with Collibra, Purview, Atlan, or similar tools
TOGAF / ArchiMate
MDM (Master Data Management)
Experience from complex industrial environments
