Organic Farmer Needed for Farm Between Skövde and Tibro

A family running an organic farm on 350 hectares of arable land is looking for new team members. The farm is located between Skövde and Tibro and houses 70 dairy cows along with replacement and slaughter cattle.
The role involves daily care of calves, dairy cows, and youngstock. Milking is done via robot, and the cows are kept in a loose housing system.
Daily machine operation of a mini-loader and a loader will be required for feeding, mucking out, and bedding.
We are interested in breeding and regularly participate in various cow exhibitions with our herd.
Knowledge of artificial insemination is an asset but not a requirement. A valid B-driver's license is mandatory.
Housing is available for rent on the farm.
