We are now looking for operators for an established and internationally active industrial company specializing in the manufacture of advanced plastic and foil materials. You will work in a modern production environment with a high focus on quality, safety, and precision!

As an operator, you work close to production and are responsible for operating the company's slitting machines. The role is practical and involves significant responsibility for ensuring that production maintains the correct quality and pace. You thrive in a physical, hands-on role where you are active during shifts and work structurally close to the machinery.

The position is based on a 3-shift system (day, evening, night) with weekends off.

• Operate and work with slitting machines in production
• Continuous monitoring of machines and processes
• Material handling
• Perform quality control checks
• Ensure production runs according to plan and procedures

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and meticulous in their approach to work. You enjoy active work in a production environment.

• Comfortable working in a 3-shift pattern
• Ability to work in an active role with practical and mobile tasks

• Previous experience working in industry, warehousing, or as an operator
