About the role

We are looking for another colleague who has a background as an IT technician and wants to grow towards Azure and cybersecurity in an international group with high demands for secure operations (operations are outsourced) and robust solutions. You need to be interested in moving towards Cloud and ready to develop further with us to get there!

Responsibilities

As an IT technician at CNS, you will work broadly with a focus on operations, security, and development. Your tasks will include among other things:

• Operations, administration, and optimization of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, virtual servers)
• Management of Azure environments and infrastructure together with the team
• Actions after vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and asset management
• Opportunity to work with networks and firewall administration
• Work with security, backup management, and monitoring

Over time, you will have the opportunity to develop in different areas, where you influence what:

• Azure (VM, AVD, network, security, and managed services)
• Automation and efficiency
• Modern operations in cloud platform with security in focus

We are looking for you who

• Have 5–10 years of experience as an IT technician
• Have good experience with Windows Server and Active Directory as well as Microsoft Entra ID
• Have worked with client management, for example via Intune
• Have experience with operations in Microsoft Azure (e.g., virtual machines, backup, or network)
• Have a basic understanding of networks and security
• Are used to working with operations, troubleshooting, and improving IT environments
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
