We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented hotel receptionist for Livington Hotel in Vinsta/Vällingby.
Livington Hotel is a modern hotel with 105 rooms. This is a permanent position with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends. We have a collective agreement and salary is paid according to the agreement.
Job Responsibilities
Your main tasks include standard reception duties such as booking, room allocation, check-in and check-out, sales, and room inspection. The role also involves serving food and beverages and assisting with breakfast service. We are looking for employees who are flexible and can work both weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of booking systems (we use Mews).
- Service-oriented, stress-resistant, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work independently.
- Some years of experience from hotel reception.
We use the PMS system Mews and the Vingcard system.
