Currently, we are at a stage where we want to further build our sales department. About the role

As a Junior Account Manager here, you will have clear business responsibility and the opportunity to develop in your sales role while building a customer portfolio with long-term value. You will work with the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to needs analysis, quote, closing, and ongoing customer development. The role involves proactive sales, strategic customer dialogues, and close collaboration with our recruitment specialists to ensure a delivery that customers want to return to.

We believe in a modern sales organization where data-driven working methods and digital tools are combined with what has always been the core of business: relationships.

  • The phone is still important, and the physical meeting is where we see trust being built for real. For us, customer meetings should be the highlight of the week.

  • This is a role for you who wants more than just to sell a project. Here we want you to understand the customer's organization, decision-making paths, and competence needs in depth.

We are looking for you

To thrive with us, you are business-driven, relationship-building, and confident in customer dialogue. You are independent enough to take responsibility for your pipeline, but unpretentious enough to want to develop together with others. You like clear result requirements, combine activity with quality, and have a strong sense of how long-term business is built. Here you will learn to raise the level, both for yourself, for the customer, and for the industry.

We are looking for people who have already decided to work in sales. People with a competitive instinct, endurance, and strong personal drive. The one who thrives best with us is someone who dares to fail, but hates doing it twice. We believe there is a clear difference between being social and being socially skilled. The latter skill builds trust, creates relationships, and leads to business over time.

Additionally, you have:

  • Post-secondary education in economics, sales, HR, or other relevant area

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, B2B or B2C

  • Experience in proactive sales via phone

  • Experience working towards goals and clear expectations

  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in service sales

  • Worked in CRM systems

  • Start: August 10th

  • Location: Central Stockholm, newly moved into turn-of-the-century premises with many conference rooms and shared spaces

  • Scope: Full-time

  • Salary: Fixed monthly salary + competitive commission model, uncapped

  • Other benefits: Wellness allowance, pension and insurance via Söderberg & Partners, SL card and company car
