We have a collective agreement and a permit to operate from the Swedish Inspectorate of Care (IVO).

About the Client
Her disability means she needs help with all transfers, nursing care, and household management. She moves around using an electric wheelchair and enjoys going out to various activities. Although she lives in her own apartment relatively centrally in Sundsvall, having a driver's license and a car is an advantage for commuting to and from work.

About You
She is primarily looking for positive and empathetic women aged 20–30 who are not afraid of the care needs she has. Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written, are required as documentation is part of the job. Flexibility is essential, as you need to be able to join her on various outings and events. You must also be comfortable working both independently and in a team, as double assistance is sometimes required.

Job Details and Conditions
The position will be approximately 75–100%. Working hours vary as she requires 24-hour assistance. Lifting and transfers are part of the role, along with some travel. Pets may be present at the workplace.

Individualized onboarding is provided during the spring. If you are available to work as a substitute if needed before the summer, it is a big plus, as is availability for work throughout the entire summer. There is a possibility of permanent employment. A police certificate is required.
