Zinnia is a small Asian restaurant and cocktail bar located on Götgatsbacken. The kitchen features Chinese cuisine with influences from Sichuan, offering ramen, dumplings, and bowls. The bar specializes in classic cocktails, signature drinks, and spirits such as baijiu.

The venue is intimate, the pace is fast, and guest interaction is close. Many guests return, making relationships and atmosphere a key part of the experience.

The Role

This is a combined role where you are part of the floor service, with a focus on the bar. In practice, this often means you will:

• Work behind the bar mixing cocktails (classics + signature drinks)
• Take table orders and serve food
• Maintain bar prep, cleanliness, and flow during service
• Handle supply orders from vendors and receive deliveries

You are expected to take ownership of the overall operation, be proactive in a small team, and contribute ideas for drinks and service concepts.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working behind a bar
• Knows classic cocktails and has solid technical skills
• Is comfortable taking table orders and serving food
• Is social, attentive, and enjoys building relationships with guests
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes responsibility, and works in a structured manner
• Works well in a small team and helps out wherever needed
• Enjoys experimenting and developing new drinks
