Zinnia is a small Asian restaurant and cocktail bar located on Götgatsbacken in Stockholm. The kitchen has a Chinese influence with touches from Sichuan – serving ramen, dumplings, and bowls. In the bar, we work with classic cocktails, signature drinks, and spirits such as baijiu.
The venue is intimate with close guest contact. Many guests return – relationships and atmosphere are a big part of the experience with us.
The Role
You are fundamentally a service professional who thrives in the dining room and with the guests. Bar experience is a plus – you step behind the bar when needed, feel comfortable with cocktails, and help keep the flow going.
In practice, the role involves:
- Taking care of guests, taking table orders, and serving food
- Working behind the bar and making cocktails when needed
- Helping with bar prep and maintaining order during service
- Receiving deliveries and assisting with inventory orders
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in serving and enjoys guest interaction
- Has worked in a bar and is familiar with classic cocktails
- Is social, approachable, and naturally builds relationships with guests
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for the big picture
- Works well in a small team and helps out where needed
