To our growing office in Stockholm, we are now looking for an additional HR Manager who wants to join us in continuing to develop our dining and reception department.

Here, you will work with recruiting and leasing staff ranging from restaurant assistants and receptionists to waiters and head waiters. We staff and recruit personnel for large hotel chains, corporate restaurants, banquets, gala dinners, and à la carte restaurants, among others.

A typical day at the office includes, for example, interviews and hiring of new employees, scheduling, daily staffing, close contact with our customers, and other personnel administration. The role also includes sales, meetings, training, and follow-ups. You will also be out on-site to ensure operations at large and exciting customer events!

You have previous experience in:

• Worked for a couple of years as a Head Waiter or Restaurant Manager
• A broad network within the Stockholm restaurant scene
• Preferably experience with large banquets and events
• Preferably experience in managing and leading large teams
• You have good beverage knowledge (sommelier training is a plus)
• Accustomed to handling training in service techniques and beverages
• Good insight into both scheduling and personnel management
• Good financial understanding and experience with profit and budget responsibility
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

This is a permanent position starting with a six-month probation period, full-time, salary according to agreement.

Working hours are primarily Monday-Friday during both office hours and evenings. Depending on bookings and season, you will participate in our larger events. A few times a year, also on weekends.
