Who are we?

The Health and Care Team within the Operations for People with Disabilities (VPF) targets individuals who have an LSS decision and live in group housing, service housing, and/or participate in day activities.

We are stationed at Dalviksgatan 71 C, which serves as our base since our group and service housing units are smaller facilities located throughout the municipality of Norrköping. The work group consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and coordinators.

One of our occupational therapists has moved on to another assignment. Therefore, we are now looking for an additional colleague who wants to work with us in our operations.

Your responsibilities

You work targeted towards group and service housing in the municipality, and actively participate in the planning and management of health and care interventions, as well as development and quality work.

You are responsible for assessments, follow-ups, prescriptions, and fittings. In your work, you meet people with various disabilities and psychiatric diagnoses who need care in the form of support and assistance in different ways in their daily lives.

The responsibilities include collaborating with and providing supervision and training to care staff. You also have contact with external actors.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and confident in your professional role. We see that you have experience with the target group within VPF and preferably experience in the work itself.

As a person, you are empathetic and have a desire to make a difference for the people in our operations.

You have an interest in human interactions and are skilled at adapting your communication to the person you meet.

You are goal-oriented and have good initiative. Furthermore, you are independent, flexible, have good teamwork skills, and a willingness to work in a team.

To be considered for this position, you must be able to cycle and have a B driver's license.
