Through our Talent Program, you will get a structured and developmental start to your career, combining work in international projects with targeted education and personal development.

Here you will have the opportunity to work with advanced cooling systems within HVDC projects and become part of a technically leading operation within the energy transition.

The Talent Program – A Structured Start to Your Career

Together with our client, we offer a talent program designed to give newly graduated engineers a stable and developmental start in working life. During one year, you combine work in live projects with targeted education and competence development.

The program brings together participants from different departments and roles, giving you the opportunity to build a broad network and become part of a community with others in the same career phase. The focus is on both technical development and understanding the whole picture of the business.

You will benefit from tailored educational initiatives, experience sharing, digital meetings, and the opportunity to learn from senior colleagues – all to create good conditions for long-term development.

Your Responsibilities

As a system designer, you will play a central role in designing cooling systems for HVDC projects. HVDC technology is used to efficiently transfer electricity over long distances with minimal losses, making the technology particularly important within renewable energy and international power projects.

You work with the mechanical structure of the systems and are involved throughout the entire process – from early concepts to finished solutions. The work includes, among other things, creating flow diagrams, dimensioning, component selection, and specifying requirements for pumps and motors. The role involves ensuring that the systems meet both technical requirements and customer specifications.

The role also includes:

  • Performing system calculations, such as volume calculations and pressure drop calculations
  • Creating purchase lists and defining component choices
  • Working with specifications and technical documentation
  • Supporting during the quotation stage and collaborating with customers and internal departments
  • Participating in development projects and continuous improvement work within cooling systems

You show engagement, take initiative, and have a desire to develop both technically and professionally over time.
