You should have good experience in sushi and Japanese culinary arts. You are ambitious, love sushi, and are passionate about the Japanese kitchen.

Typical Duties
- Preparation of sushi and certain Asian dishes.
- Cashier duties and serving.
- Cleaning, tidying up, and dishwashing.
