Nordiska Kyl & Värmeexperten, with extensive experience in air-to-air heat pumps and energy-efficient solutions, is growing. We are now launching a brand-new team in central Gothenburg. Do you want to be there from the start and contribute to building something truly great?

About the Role

As an inside sales representative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Contacting new customers via phone and selling service cases for our suppliers' technicians – primarily regarding air source heat pumps.
• Serving as the first point of contact for the customer, ensuring they receive a professional and smooth service offer.
• Working in a structured manner with clear goals and receiving ongoing support from your coach and team.

We are looking for you who:

• Are communicative, service-oriented, and confident when speaking on the phone.
• Have inner drive and enjoy achieving set goals.
• Want to develop within customer service and sales.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.

Location and Working Hours

You will work on-site at our modern office premises in central Gothenburg – close to public transport, lunch spots, and services.

Working hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

The position is full-time and involves social, energetic office work together with a team that supports and encourages each other every day. We hire continuously.
