The client is an established player in sustainable transport solutions, working with efficient freight flows over long distances. Their operations contribute to reducing climate impact by offering resource-efficient alternatives within the transport sector. Within the technical operations, the client works with maintenance and development of vehicles and equipment. The focus is on quality, safety, and creating stable and reliable deliveries over time.

As a Vehicle Assembler/Mechanic, you will work with:

• Mechanical maintenance, service, and repairs of vehicles
• Troubleshooting, overhauls, and supervision of equipment
• Primarily mechanical work, but also simpler electrical and pneumatic tasks
• Documentation, reporting of deviations, and improvement work
• Responsibility for the workshop's machines, tools, and order

The work is practical, varied, and at times physically demanding, with a focus on precision and safety. Working hours are during the day.

You thrive in a technical and hands-on role, take responsibility, and enjoy problem-solving. We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in mechanical work, e.g., as a car mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar
• Experience from a workshop or production environment
• Very good tool proficiency and the ability to independently plan and carry out tasks
• Experience from a production or workshop environment, where the work is at times physically demanding

Meritorious: Forklift license, crane license, wheel loader, or cherry picker.
