KAJSAS IS LOOKING FOR KITCHEN STAFF

We are looking for additional kitchen staff for KAJSAS I PARKEN during the summer season from May to September, with the possibility of continued employment in the autumn.

KAJSAS is seeking kitchen staff who want to be part of the summer highlights – packed evenings with football on the big screen, concerts, large bookings, and warm summer evenings in the park. We cook all our food from scratch – using good ingredients and lots of love.

KAJSAS I PARKEN is our summer bistro in Vitabergsparken on Södermalm – one of the area's most popular outdoor dining spots. We serve conscious food and drink for a conscious audience, from burgers and salads to sandwiches, fish & chips, and children's favorites.

Who Are You?

You have previous experience working with food – whether in a large kitchen, restaurant, or fast food.

You are:

  • Accustomed to working at a fast pace
  • Responsible and solution-oriented
  • Quick, precise, and service-oriented
  • Clear in your communication and a strong team player
  • Comfortable taking responsibility during service
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
The Role and Responsibilities

As kitchen staff at KAJSAS, you work in an efficient and tightly knit team focused on service-oriented cooking.

You rotate between the kitchen's different stations but also play an important role in the pass (the "lucka"). There, you keep the service running smoothly – ensuring food goes out on time, monitoring the ticket flow, and contributing to maintaining a steady and high tempo in the kitchen.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Managing the pass during service
  • Cooking (grill, fryer, and other stations)
  • Preparing ingredients quickly and safely
  • Working independently based on clear routines
  • Following guidelines for hygiene, environment, and quality
  • Participating in opening and closing routines
  • Contributing to a strong team and a good work climate
Employment
  • Scope: Full-time or part-time
  • Period: May–September
  • Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend
  • Start: Immediately (interviews are conducted continuously)
  • Salary: According to agreement
