About the role
As an employee in the customer service team, you are part of a team of three people. Your days will consist of a high pace where a strong team spirit and clear communication within the group are crucial to achieving set goals. In your role, you will work operationally to improve and ensure processes. You will, for example, answer phones, emails, and the order portal, perform manual billing, and handle other administrative tasks close to the business operations.
The customer service department also serves as support for salespeople and account managers. As a new colleague in the customer service team, your first period will be guided by your nearest manager, and you will work alongside other colleagues to create the right conditions and be introduced to the operations.
Your responsibilities
- Work in the company's business system and CRM system with ongoing task management
- Produce various forms of monthly statistics for the rest of the organization and for customers
- Relieve sales staff in certain matters regarding contracts, invoicing, and delivery
- Provide advice on our services and solutions to the customer
- Together with colleagues in the sales team, be responsible for some of Textilia's customers
- Answer phones/emails and coordinate with other functions to help the customer in the best way possible
We would like you to
Be an outgoing, welcoming, and positive person who thrives in meetings with people. You are articulate and have an easy time communicating clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing. You have the ability to quickly understand each customer's unique needs and meet them with empathy and understanding.
You are good at juggling many balls in the air and have a good overview that allows you to prioritize correctly in different situations. Your patience and empathy make you a reliable person to contact, regardless of the situation. You have a strong service mindset and are solution-oriented. You take responsibility for your tasks and for ensuring the customer always has a good experience. In addition, you have an interest in IT and technology, and you want to constantly develop and learn new things.
Since the team's task is to jointly develop processes, we see that you value collaboration and are driven by team spirit. We believe you are structured in your work approach and are used to planning your own work, as well as being motivated by your own responsibility.
You have good knowledge of Office 365 as a large part of your tasks are performed in Excel. Since you communicate with customers in the role, it is important that you speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
