Academic Music School is an authorized, procured, municipally quality-assured, and certified music school approved to provide music education through the municipal music check. We operate in several locations across Sweden, including Täby Municipality, Lund Municipality, and Staffanstorps Municipality.

We are expanding thanks to our excellent range of offerings, unique music education, high service standards, and quality requirements, with plans to establish ourselves in Sigtuna. Our good reputation and high competence among our popular and dedicated teachers are vital to upholding our strong core values. We are now looking for additional competent music pedagogues who, like us, are passionate about music and share our core value of putting the child first. ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for YOU who can teach VOCAL/CHOIR and/or DOUBLE BASS with placement in Sigtuna.

You will be teaching at primary schools in Sigtuna Municipality. You should have relevant experience and education, and be able to present clear plans on how you structure your lessons. We want our staff to thrive, so we regularly strengthen our collegium through joint activities, lunches, dinners, and other benefits.

ABOUT YOU:

You are confident, competent, experienced, and socially skilled. You have documented teaching experience, are secure in your role, and master successful methods that work for you.

You maintain good contact with your students, take responsibility for their development, and ensure they have fun during your inspiring and creative music lessons. You have regular contact with guardians and contribute to the operation's good reputation. The student and their family are at the center of your focus, and you strive for them to be 100% satisfied. You contribute to the school's good reputation and a positive work climate, are loyal to your employer and colleagues, and actively take initiatives to develop the position and increase student enrollment. Your strong social skills and desire to do good work are keys to success.
