We are looking for a Grill Cook with experience in American barbecue (full-time).

At Hamburgerbruket, we are now seeking an experienced grill cook who can handle authentic American low-and-slow barbecue at a high level.

You will be working with:

• Brisket (pulled beef/roast beef)
• Pulled pork and pork butt
• Spareribs and beef ribs
• Other classic BBQ dishes

We expect you to:

• Have documented experience with American barbecue and low-and-slow techniques
• Be able to work independently with offset smokers, pellet smokers, or similar equipment
• Have good knowledge of trimming, rubs, temperature control, and wrapping
• Be meticulous regarding ingredient handling, hygiene, and food safety
• Be able to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
• Be available for full-time work, including evenings and weekends

Merits:
