Job Description

As a night nurse at GAVA, you are responsible for continuous nursing care and medical handling during the night.

You:

• Lead and prioritize nursing work
• Work closely with nurse assistants and have support from on-call doctors
• Make clinical assessments and make independent decisions
• Ensure safe and dignified care during the most vulnerable hours of the day

The night gives you the opportunity to work more undisturbed, with a focus on the patient and time for reflection and clinical reasoning.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse.

You:

• Enjoy night work and the independence it entails
• Are confident in your role or wish to develop towards greater independence
• Have good clinical judgment and can prioritize
• Are calm, empathetic, and see the value in teamwork
