About the position

Home Rehabilitation Norrtälje is part of the customer choice system. Your employment is located at the rehabilitation unit within Tiohundra, which serves as your base. You work in a team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, vision and hearing instructors, nurses, assistant nurses, and care assistants. Together with a physiotherapist, you supervise care teams in a rehabilitative working approach.

The position is 100% with working hours during the day, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Visiting patients at home and conducting assessments
• Instructing and supporting the patient in their rehabilitation/training
• Prescribing assistive devices
• Working with fall prevention
• Recording in Take Care
• Collaborating with nurses in home healthcare and care staff in home care services

About you

For this position, you need:

• To be a licensed occupational therapist
• To have a B-driver's license for manual transmission

We are a cheerful group working in Home Rehabilitation and are part of the rehabilitation organization in Tiohundra AB. We have an open-door policy and a helpful attitude within the work group. We care for each other and see it as a matter of course to support and help one another. Approximately 350 people receive home healthcare and home rehabilitation through us. Home healthcare and home rehabilitation collaborate with home care services, primary care, ASIH (Advanced Specialized Integrated Home Care), hospitals, and others. The organization also includes a vision and hearing instructor.

We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
