About the Position

You will first be employed as a consultant by Montico and seconded to the client company. After six months, there is an opportunity for permanent employment with Montico or direct employment with the client company.

Working hours are usually scheduled during the day or in two shifts, but we appreciate flexibility regarding other shift patterns.

Job Description

We are looking for personnel for three different types of roles: Operator, Assembler, and Foundry Worker.

• As an Operator, you work at machines and follow a process that involves several different tasks. Your duties include planning and handling materials, monitoring the machines, and quality control of the finished product.
• As an Assembler, you primarily work with assembling smaller components, both based on drawings and instructions. The assembler role also includes quality controls and forklift handling.
• As a Foundry Worker, you will work at a casting machine and follow a process involving several different tasks. Your duties will consist of handling die-cast parts, including deburring, punching, blasting, measuring according to control instructions, and process monitoring.

For all assignments, we of course appreciate that you have experience in similar work, but the most important thing for us and our clients is to have the right person in the right place. Therefore, your personal qualities, drive, and willingness to learn are very important.

Requirements for the assignments:

• Previous experience in industrial work
• Forklift license and experience in operating forklifts
• Overhead crane license
