Here, you will meet a wonderful mix of guests – from conference attendees and spa weekenders to golfers, wedding parties, and various event participants. This makes everyday life lively, varied, and full of encounters.

As a receptionist here, you are the hub of the operation and play a central role in the business. You keep an overview of what is happening both internally and externally and actively work to create the best possible experience for our guests.

You are the face of the hotel and usually the first and last person the guest meets – therefore, your attitude and sense of service are crucial.

• Managing cash handling, payments, and invoicing
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Providing a warm welcome and delivering service at the reception
• Managing switchboard calls and incoming emails
• Administering bookings and sending confirmations
• Planning and allocating hotel rooms

We collaborate closely with our conference department, which means tasks within conference service may arise, such as preparing rooms, some planning, serving, and reception and service during conferences.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and thrives in a role where the pace can vary. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and easy to work with.

You have a professional and warm demeanor, are flexible, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license and access to a car (as public transport is limited)
• Experience from a hotel reception or similar service role is meritorious, but your personality and attitude are the most important.

• Shifts vary between approx. 06:30–15:00, 08:00–17:00, and 14:00–22:00
