About the role:

The role is operational and delivery-focused. As a Program Manager, you are responsible for the daily management and execution of development and industrialization projects within Wiring Harness / EDS, from early concept to series production.

You have clear delivery responsibility and act as the primary customer contact, while driving and monitoring internal functions and external suppliers. The role requires active presence in project execution and ongoing problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and drive development and industrialization programs within Wiring Harness / EDS
• Overall responsibility for time, cost, quality, and delivery
• Establish and monitor project structure, schedule, budget, and resources
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (design, quality, purchasing, production, suppliers)
• Ensure milestones according to PDP / established project model
• Prepare and conduct project and gate reviews
• Actively monitor suppliers' delivery capability, quality, and progress
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and deviations
• Act as the primary customer contact in daily work

Work Format

The assignment involves working close to the customer's organization, often on-site, as well as collaboration with international suppliers. Some travel may be required.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive and practical experience with Wiring Harness / EDS, including architecture, interfaces, change management, and industrialization
• Several years of experience in project or program management within the automotive industry
• Technical background, e.g., engineer in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent
• Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work hands-on and operationally during the execution phase
• Strong proficiency in customer dialogue and requirement management
• A structured approach with a clear focus on results and delivery
• Very good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Swedish is an asset (required if the customer assignment necessitates it)
