Physiotherapist at Capio Rehab Orust
Capio Sverige ABVästra Götalands län, Orust
Previous experience is desired
Capio Rehab Orust is part of the Västra Götaland Region's Care Choice Rehab (Vårdval Rehab). We are a wonderful and dedicated team consisting of 6 physiotherapists, 2 occupational therapists, and a rehabilitation administrator.
We have good collaboration and strive to continuously improve our rehabilitation clinic, while also valuing having fun together. The clinic is part of Capio Primary Care Orust, which gives us the privilege of collaborating with staff at the primary care center. As needed, we work in cross-professional teams to meet patients in the best possible way.
Our organization is based on the local unit's self-governance with engagement and participation from employees, which leads to short decision-making paths. At the same time, there is a larger organization in the background that provides support and opportunities for development and experience sharing.
Within our organization, there are several rehabilitation clinics, providing good collegial support and opportunities for exchanging experiences and ideas.
Your RoleWe are now looking for another physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation clinic!
Working in primary care means you will see patients with very varying diagnoses and problems, so you should feel confident in both acute assessments and working with chronic diagnoses. As a physiotherapist, you make independent assessments, examinations, and develop rehabilitation plans together with the patients. You see patients at the clinic but also via home visits when necessary.
Our goal is to promote patients' independence and give them active strategies to improve their symptoms and health. We work continuously in our training facility, which provides good variety in our work with our patients.
At our clinic, we work extensively in teams between rehab and different professional categories at the primary care center. We always strive to expand our methods further, and there are good opportunities for developing collaborations in new areas.
We believe continuous improvement work is important, and we encourage and utilize our employees' ideas and suggestions to constantly improve our clinic. We actively work to ensure that our employees have the right and good competence and support to perform their work in the best possible way.
What We Offer YouIn addition to pleasant colleagues and nice facilities, we offer:
- Collective agreement
- Present manager
- Competence development, both internally and externally
- Wellness allowance of 3,000 SEK
- Breakfast every Friday
- As an employee, you have free access to our gym before and after opening hours.
- An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other.
You who are applying are a licensed physiotherapist and feel confident both personally and professionally, with a patient-focused approach. We would like you to have experience with clinic work, but this is not a requirement. Having worked at a primary care center previously is an advantage.
A valid B-driver's license is required.
As a person, you are positive, confident, and empathetic, and have the ability to organize your work in an effective and independent manner. You have a pedagogical approach and a holistic mindset with the patient's needs in focus.
ApplicationInterviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. The advertisement may therefore be removed earlier than planned, so don't wait - submit your application today.
In connection with employment, a background check and extract from the criminal record may be requested.
We look forward to hearing from you!
