We are looking for a DevOps Lead within SRE & Infrastructure to join Lendo Group, where you will play a key role in ensuring a stable, scalable, and efficient infrastructure. This role acts as the link between our four tech teams and our outsourcing partner, with your main responsibility being to maximize the team's delivery value while defining and driving the vision and roadmap forward.

You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and our vendor to ensure that our operations and infrastructure services are delivered in line with our needs. Through data-driven decisions and continuous follow-up, you will optimize delivery, drive improvements, and ensure the right priorities are set.

• Manage contact with our vendor – follow up on deliveries, prioritize actions, handle escalations, and ensure quality in requirements and execution.

• Support our internal teams – we have four tech teams supported by four SRE consultants from the vendor. You ensure smooth collaboration.

• Stakeholder management & prioritization – balance different needs, understand business goals, and continuously prioritize the backlog.

• Ensure stability & improvements – break down initiatives into clear requirements, work with KPIs and follow-up to drive data-driven decisions.

• Implement and adapt solutions – bring in improvements from the vendor and roll them out internally.

• Work with cloud infrastructure – we operate in Google Cloud & AWS, and you need a good understanding of the technical aspects to prioritize correctly.

We are looking for a relationship-building and business-minded DevOps Lead with a strong technical understanding of SRE and cloud infrastructure. You thrive in a broad role with many touchpoints where you drive and shape your own work.

• 3–5 years of experience as a product owner, IT project manager, or in a similar role within IT infrastructure, operations, or DevOps.

• Technical understanding of SRE, cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS), and outsourcing models.

• Experience with vendor management and working with external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Communicative and strategic – you can translate technical needs into business decisions and handle multiple stakeholders.

• Self-driven and structured – you drive your work forward and build processes in a new setup.

• Experience with outsourcing and vendor management is a plus.
