Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to lead a business-critical area focused on packaging solutions for a new, high-tech production facility within robotics. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a modern production environment and ensure that packaging for incoming materials meets requirements related to operations, sustainability, and regulations.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and drive a project area focused on optimizing packaging for incoming materials
• Analyze current packaging solutions from suppliers and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in purchasing, logistics, production, and sustainability
• Ensure that packaging solutions meet requirements regarding safety, cost-efficiency, and internal logistics flows
• Drive implementation in close collaboration with suppliers and internal purchasing functions
• Ensure compliance with relevant EU regulations regarding sustainability (e.g., CBAM, EUDR, PPWR)
• Combine a strategic holistic perspective with operational execution and detailed analysis

To be successful in this role, you need

• Documented experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
• Good understanding of purchasing and/or logistics processes
• Experience in supplier collaborations and implementation projects
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: Knowledge of EU sustainability regulations.
