Your Responsibilities

As a machine operator at a growing company in Gothenburg, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production machinery in a dynamic workshop or industrial environment. The work is hands-on, and the pace can be fast. You will be part of the production team and contribute to safe and efficient production.

Set up, start, and monitor machines for continuous production.
Perform ongoing quality control and ensure products meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
Carry out basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with colleagues in production and engineering to improve processes and productivity.
Work in shifts according to business needs.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
