About the Job

We are looking for someone who is eager to work, has a genuine interest in cooking, and is passionate about creating a fantastic restaurant experience. Here, you will work with Korean cooking, serving, customer service, and standard restaurant tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong social skills, be structured, detail-oriented, and have a keen interest in cooking.

Working hours vary, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

We are primarily looking for someone who plans to work on a permanent basis and values a long-term collaboration between employer and employee.

About the Position

As the Head Chef, you have a leading role in the daily operations. You are responsible for the kitchen's operations and quality assurance, ensuring that the business runs efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cooking and quality assurance of dishes
• Opening the restaurant Monday–Friday at 08:00/09:00 (working until approx. 16:00–17:00)
• Responsible for ordering supplies and inventory management
• Plan purchases based on needs and budget
• Lead and distribute tasks in the kitchen
• Ensure food hygiene and routines are followed
