Hälsobrunnen Rehab in Ulricehamn is part of Praktikertjänst and is a clinic that started in 2016 as part of Vårdval Rehab. The team currently consists of five physiotherapists and three occupational therapists working in close collaboration. We operate in shared premises with Hälsobrunnen Health Centre, which facilitates good cooperation with other professions. We currently have just over 13,000 registered patients. We are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to develop in their professional role and contribute to our positive work climate!

Job Responsibilities

As a physiotherapist with us, you work on an outpatient basis with examination and treatment. There is a gym for regular rehabilitation at the clinic. In addition to individual rehabilitation, we also have group activities such as arthritis school, pool training, and fall prevention groups. We primarily work with clinic visits, but also home visits depending on the patient's needs.

Bookings are made with the help of a medical secretary and also independently via telephone or digital services. Patient meetings take place primarily through physical visits, but telephone, chat, and video calls also occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed physiotherapist
• is collaborative, engaged, and solution-oriented
• has a B-class driver's license and access to a car
• master Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious if you:

• have previous experience in primary care, but most importantly, you are interested and motivated to work in primary care

Personal Attributes

The clinic work is largely independent with freedom under responsibility, which means you need to be able to work in a structured manner with good initiative. We value good collaboration and communication skills towards colleagues and patients. We would like you to have an interest in competence development to maintain good quality of care.

We have an open climate where questions are always welcome; we work with regular internal training to share knowledge and help each other. The rehab team supports each other on a daily basis in patient work. This helps you whether you are new as a physiotherapist or have longer experience.

Other Information

Your working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome your application!
