Job Description
Do you want a role where you take responsibility, make decisions, and contribute to ensuring construction projects are completed according to plan? Then this might be the job for you! We are now looking for a traveling site foreman for our client in the construction industry, specializing in larger facilities within logistics and industry. You thrive working close to production and being a key figure in the daily work on the construction site, as in this role you become an important link between production, the site manager, and other project stakeholders. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on the work on-site, always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Together with an engaged team, you drive the project forward – from start to finish.

The role involves extensive travel to various projects, primarily in southern Sweden.

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production in close dialogue with the site manager and team.
- Ensure that deliveries and work follow the schedule, contracts, and set goals.
- Identify and handle deviations, and follow up on ÄTA (Action, Measure, Time) work.
- Conduct regular safety rounds and ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are followed.
- Document and communicate project information in a clear and structured manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in site leadership within construction.
- Ability to live away from home during the week.
- Accustomed to reading drawings, handling technical documentation, and working according to contracts.
- Has a good sense of structure and planning, and thrives on keeping many balls in the air.
- Is a confident leader with the ability to motivate the team and create good team spirit.
- Hold a B-driver's license and have access to a personal car.
