Hello, compassionate professionals!

We are looking for more compassionate professionals for our home care units in central Karlstad as well as in our outer areas: Skattkärr/Väse, Molkom, Skåre, and Vålberg. Both temporary and permanent positions are available.

Are you a nursing assistant or do you have experience working in home care, and do you want a job that is vital to people's lives? Do you enjoy varied tasks and the fact that no two days are alike? Then this job is for you.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people in their homes and support them so they can live as independent a life as possible. You contribute to quality of life and receive a lot in return. The job has its challenges, but laughter and smiles are never far away.

How do we view the job?

As extremely important, of course. You will provide care and perform various service tasks in the care recipient's home, based on their individual needs. All with the aim of creating conditions for a meaningful everyday life. Your duties also include performing medical nursing and rehabilitation.

In a number of different ways. We focus heavily on development and innovation, including through digitalization and welfare technology. Currently, we have a special focus on strengthening contact person roles and employee engagement as a way to create security for both employees and care recipients. What do we offer?

We offer full-time positions and schedules without split shifts, and we work to create more time for care-related work. We also offer a range of benefits you can enjoy outside of work. These include the opportunity to rent a cabin in Sälen or at our holiday resort on the west coast, as well as gross salary deductions for a company car or bicycle.

Who are you?

A trained nursing assistant or someone with experience from similar operations, who is excellent at collaborating. You have an independent and flexible working style and possess sufficient Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate with care recipients, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals. To work in the outer areas, you need a driver's license for a car, and in the city center, you need to be able to cycle. This is how we reach care recipients throughout Karlstad, in all weather. You must be able to receive and perform delegated tasks from nurses.
