About the Job
At Holmgrens Bil in Karlskrona, we work with four of Holmgrens Bil's six new car brands: BMW, Nissan, MG, and Hyundai.

Your main responsibility will be to manage our warehouse and ensure that our technicians have the spare parts they need. You will order spare parts and other products, as well as receive and unpack deliveries. A significant part of your work also includes the sale of tires and spare parts over the counter and by phone. Together with the team of Service Advisors and technicians, you will create a safe and welcoming atmosphere in our customer reception area.

Scope: 100%, full-time
Working Hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday
Location: Karlskrona
Start Date: According to agreement

About You
Perhaps you work in a warehouse today and are longing for more varied tasks and more customer contact? We are looking for someone who is attracted by varied working days and the opportunity to develop in the job, as there are many tasks in a service reception to learn. To thrive with us, you need to have the ability to see solutions and be flexible, as the automotive industry is developing rapidly.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working both in a team and independently. You spread a good atmosphere around you and are attentive to both colleagues and customers. To handle this role, you need to be meticulous and have the ability to maintain good structure in your work.

We would like you to have

  • Category B driver's license
  • At least two years of work experience from working in a warehouse and/or in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working with computers and various systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Vehicle technical education and/or experience working with spare parts is meritorious but not a requirement
