💼 About the Role

As an Account Manager at Bravura, you work with B2B sales within recruitment and staffing. You help companies solve their competence needs and create deals that make a difference, both for the customer and for the candidates who get their next job.

You are responsible for building your own customer portfolio and collaborate with companies of various sizes and industries within the white-collar sector. In dialogue with the customer, you delve into their challenges and present the right solution based on their needs.

You sell Bravura's services within:

  • Recruitment
  • Staffing on a short or long-term basis
  • Try & Hire, try before employment

Bravura is divided into four business areas: talents at the beginning of their careers, specialists, IT/Tech, and managers. This allows you to work broadly and build good business understanding, while always having specialist competence close at hand.

The role suits you who are at the beginning of your career and want to focus on sales, develop into a skilled B2B salesperson, and build strong competence that you will benefit from far into your career.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the entire sales process and work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to create the right match.

This means, among other things, that you:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Make first contact and book meetings with companies
  • Conduct needs analyses and present Bravura's offer
  • Prepare quotes, maintain dialogue with the customer, and drive the deal to closure
  • Follow up and develop relationships for long-term collaborations

We are looking for you who want to focus on sales and build a long-term career. You don't need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is your attitude.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, like setting goals, and are motivated by achieving them. You are confident in social situations, enjoy contacting new people, and see the value in building relationships.

Making your own appointments is a natural part of the role. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is curious, persistent, and not afraid to pick up the phone.

We would like you to have:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Experience in sales, preferably B2B but not required
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Salary: Fixed monthly salary + commission

Here is how the recruitment process works

Selection

We go through all applications and analyze personal traits and skills together with work experience and education.

Interviews

We start with a telephone check-in and follow up with a digital interview with the recruitment manager. The next step is an interview with your future manager. The interviews take about 1 hour. After that, reference checking and possible tests take place before the final offer.
