Job Description:
As an appointment setter at Phonecall, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone and booking client meetings. Experience as an appointment setter is advantageous but not required, as we provide ongoing training and on-site coaching.

Profile:
We are looking for someone who is cooperative, social, and eager to deliver good results both individually and as part of a team. You are comfortable speaking on the phone and have a natural ability to build relationships. You are goal-oriented and result-driven, even in the face of setbacks. As a person, you are skilled in both verbal and written communication, and you are used to taking initiative and working efficiently.

About the Position:

• Salary: Fixed base salary plus commission (20,000 – 40,000 SEK)
• Location: Norrköping
• Start Date: Immediately or as agreed
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
