About the role

In the role of Service Technician / Service Operator, you are responsible for both the daily operations and technical servicing of Selecta's coffee and beverage machines at our customers' locations in Linköping and surrounding areas. You will refill, clean, service, and perform maintenance and repairs on the machines. You work independently but in close collaboration with the rest of the organization.

The position is full-time (100%), with a probationary employment contract as the initial form of employment.

Prerequisites for the role

The position involves security-classified assignments, which means that as a candidate, you must undergo and pass a security clearance check before employment can commence.

Your main responsibilities

• Refilling, cleaning, and basic servicing of coffee and beverage machines
• Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer sites
• Installing machines and training customers in their operation
• Ensuring high operational reliability and quality
• Building strong customer relationships and providing top-class service
• Traveling between different customer locations as needed
• Supporting local operations where required

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service, creating joy, and working practically. You may have experience from technical roles, service professions, or simply a strong interest in technology and problem-solving.

• Are methodical, self-motivated, and responsible
• Enjoy practical work and have a technical interest
• Have a high school education, preferably with a technical or electrical focus
• Preferably have a few years of experience in a similar role
• Communicate well in Swedish
• Have a high level of service awareness and a friendly demeanor
• Are detail-oriented and quality-conscious
• Have good physical fitness and thrive in a mobile work environment
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
