Cretec Gislaved AB is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager/Foreman for VS (Plumbing & Ventilation) for our project & service operations. About the role

You are a central part of our service and project operations, acting as a vital link between customers, installers, partners, and the internal organization. The role requires both technical understanding, structure, and strong communication skills, as you work daily close to both the field and the customer to ensure quality, delivery, and satisfied clients.

Your responsibilities

• Planning, steering, and follow-up of service assignments and smaller projects
• Supervise and support the service team in daily work
• Conduct customer visits, maintain dialogue, and prepare prices/quotes
• Responsible for costing and financial follow-up
• Handle procurement of materials and services related to projects
• Ensure structure, documentation, and administration
• Work in business and project systems (Cretec uses Next)
• Actively contribute to improvements in working methods, routines, and processes

We are looking for someone who has

• Documented experience within the VS industry in a staff role, for example in project management, foremanship, costing, or technical project control
• Good technical understanding of VS installations and knowledge of current industry regulations
• Experience in service operations and ongoing customer contact
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure multiple parallel assignments
• Experience leading and supporting installers in daily work without formal personnel responsibility

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience with service agreements and recurring customer assignments
• Costing experience within VS
• Experience with smaller-scale contracting projects
