Workplace: Home Care Ekshärad and Bellmansgården

We are now looking for several dedicated summer substitutes for Home Care Ekshärad and Bellmansgården. We provide services in individuals' homes based on assistance decisions and at the special housing facility Bellmansgården.

You should have a friendly attitude, a sense of responsibility, respect for others, and a desire to create security for our care recipients. Our work is based on a common value system built on trust, respect, and security.

Tasks and Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years old, have good knowledge of the Swedish language (both spoken and written), and possess general computer skills.

The tasks include responsibility for care and healthcare interventions, rehabilitation, as well as support and services based on set goals. We work in individuals' homes where your main task is to provide good service and care based on the care recipients' own needs and conditions.

You should be responsible, solution-focused, and have good collaboration skills. You must be able to work independently as you often work alone with our care recipients.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Working hours are scheduled and include days, evenings, and weekends.

Start date is by agreement. The employment is preceded by interviews. Interviews and employment may take place continuously during the application period, so please submit your application as soon as possible but no later than May 15, 2026.

A driving license (Category B) is meritorious.

Salary

Salary according to agreement.
