About the roleThe position is a technical support role within the payments industry, where you work closely with corporate customers and support them in their daily use of our client's services and systems. As a customer service representative, you are the company's first point of contact and play a central role in creating a professional and positive customer experience.
The role combines customer service with technical support; helping customers understand, use, and troubleshoot solutions related to payments and cash registers.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Managing and administering cases in Salesforce
- Providing technical support to customers regarding the use of POS systems and payment solutions
- Identifying customer needs and working with a sales-oriented approach in dialogue
- Representing the company with a high sense of service and professionalism
The role also has a sales component, where you have the opportunity to influence your salary through commission linked to upselling and customer development.
We are looking for someone who has- Previous experience in payment solutions and POS systems
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or a similar role
- Strong system and computer skills
- Experience working with the Office suite, especially Excel
- A completed high school diploma
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A strong technical interest and the ability to troubleshoot and explain technical solutions in a pedagogical manner
Meritorious:
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce
- Experience working with payments and/or technical solutions related to these

Customer Service is located in Rotebro and offers a modern and pleasant work environment in bright, newly renovated premises near the commuter train station. Commuting options from both Stockholm and Uppsala are excellent. For those who drive, free parking is offered as well as the opportunity to charge electric vehicles free of charge.
Here you work together with approximately 80 colleagues, of whom about 25 belong to the customer service team. The environment is characterized by a social and welcoming atmosphere with a strong focus on collaboration and well-being. In addition to a well-equipped gym, various joint activities are offered that contribute to a strong team spirit.

What we offer- Scope: Full-time 40h/week.
