Job Description

As a nurse at Humana Åby Ängar, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the operations and your colleagues' competence development as you train and supervise the care staff. At Humana Åby Ängar, you are part of the management group and participate in the planning and development of the operations together with the operations manager.

Examples of Tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
• Handle and follow up on documentation and deviations
• Responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks
• Lead nurse responsible for 20 residences

About the Employment

Working hours and degree of employment: The position involves working during daytime on weekdays and every third weekend. The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment.

Salary: Salary is based on agreement and other benefits are according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a registered nurse, preferably with experience from elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have an easy time building relationships and possess good teamwork skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse
• Has knowledge of documentation in medical record systems
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care
• Experience working with people with dementia

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
